I am Millwork Associate who designs doors and windows. I have a broad knowledge of the company's range of products, promotions, and services. I deliver a high-quality customer experience by answering customer queries in a quick, friendly, and professional way. Ensuring that merchandising and operational activities are performed on a timely and consistent basis.

Additionally, I have general knowledge of construction materials and am a licensed forklift operator. Assisting customers with the loading of lumber and other building materials, as well as monitoring inventory from our overhead, in order to reduce shrinkage and drive sales.

I am currently a construction management undergraduate at the University of New Orleans. The program provides a blend of theoretical coursework and practical experience, giving me a great understanding of the principles and practices of construction management. I'm currently learning how to plan and manage construction projects, estimate costs, and analyze risk in some of the classes I have taken.

It is a reasonably new program at the University of New Orleans. However, it provides a rigorous and well-rounded curriculum that will equip me with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as a construction manager once I graduate.
