Led all global people initiatives across two divisions: S&P Ratings and S&P Dow Jones Indices (7,000 employees, $8bn revenue). Built, developed, and led a global team of 35 across the USA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and India.

• Developed and led the people strategy and agenda of two of four S&P global divisions, including DEI, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy etc.
• Developed and implemented the HR organizational integration plan during the merger with IHS Markit, additionally oversaw all of HR for the APAC region during this period.
• Maintained governance and business compliance while leading the transition between CEO's, including full remote onboarding, operating model re-engineering, and leadership team realignment.
• Integrated ratings risk reviews (corporate compliance oversight) into the three lines of defense to strengthen the governance framework for the ratings division.

• Developed and delivered the transformation of HR functions to support business strategies and plans, including HCM systems implementation, process re-engineering, service optimization, change management, and workforce planning and policy. Improved efficiency and effectiveness, increasing cost-savings for clients.
• Led a client HR transformation effort to adopt a range of services through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), defragmentation of process activities and enhancing Center of Excellence (COE) capability and support, resulting in an overall function cost reduction of ~20% from $100mm+ cost base.
• Led a client workforce planning engagement for the operations and technology function (90,000+ employees) of a global FS company. Developed a multi-year HR capability and capacity plan aligned to the business plan, including optimizing workforce composition (fulltime vs. contingent workers).

Head of HR, Barclays Global Retail Bank (GRB) - Barclays - New York

Led a start-up initiative to create and grow a new site (Analytical Center of Excellence) in New York, providing data management and analytics for Barclays consumer group business in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Developed the site from zero to over 300 advanced quantitative statistics and data analyst professionals in under 2 years.

• Assessed HR and regulatory requirements to develop and execute a center of excellence target operation model, including an HR strategic plan and building and developing a team of HR professionals to manage daily activities.
• Developed a robust talent acquisition plan to attract, develop and retain best in class analytical talent in the functional areas of Credit Risk, Marketing Analytics and Finance and ensured the Barclays culture, vision and values were adopted throughout all on site HR activities.

Senior HR Generalist, SVP, Human Resources, Global Cards - Citigroup - New York

Direct HR responsibility for the core bankcard business in North America, including Puerto Rico and matrix global responsibility. Owned all HR strategies and activities including building and developing a HR team, talent development, compensation, and employee relations activities.

• Provided strategic HR direction to the senior management team and generalist support across a matrix of 10 client groups comprising 6,000+ employees. Integrated three core businesses to create a single Citi branded lending business ($85B revenue business) including implementing a revised target operating model, organizational design, workforce analytics, planning and allocation, and a full range of HR business partner support.

HR Project Manager, Wealth Management Division - The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS) - London & Edinburgh

Spearheaded the global HR policy and procedure integration across all WMD businesses, during the RBS/NatWest acquisition to ensure consistent application of HR practices across the RBS group.

• Led a team of 8 to plan and facilitate the division (25,000 global employees) adoption of the RBS terms and conditions of employment, including union and works council negotiations.
