RISK ASSESSMENT: Conducted risk analysis through comprehensive study of ocean acidification, identifying its current state and evaluating the probability of occurrence and the long-term impact to planetary health based on publicly available datasets. Effectively collaborated with scientists to integrate my findings into their research in order to devise innovative solutions that would increase the average pH to the pre-industrial level of 8.2. Evaluated risks in the context of global sustainability goals, ensuring economic viability alongside environmental priorities.
DATA ANALYSIS: Collected, aggregated, correlated and analyzed relevant environmental data from the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) and the World Data Service (WDS). My approach implemented a multivariate analysis algorithm that identified the most statistically-significant patterns that influence Ocean Acidity with a level of confidence greater than 90%.
MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: As a market research assistant at Bleu Strategy Group, I conducted in-depth market research to identify and qualify prospective manufacturing customers with on-going and future Digital Transformation initiatives. My work generated over 100+ qualified leads within three months.
FINANCIAL REPORTING AND AUDITING: As an associate property manager at Vista Growth, I supported financial management tasks for over 20 real estate properties, such as budgeting, rent collection, and preparing financial reports for the company. I performed an annual financial audit of operating expenses for leased properties, resulting in potential cost savings of over $15k per year.
