• Directed the implementation and administration of Canvas LMS, including course architecture, user management, enrollment systems, grading structures, analytics, and academic reporting.
• Developed and managed more than 100 online courses and academic modules within Canvas LMS, including curriculum design, assessment systems, discussion boards, grading workflows, academic reporting, and student progress monitoring.
• Designed and supervised the development of online curriculum for Grades 3–12 across English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, SAT Preparation, and Dual Enrollment pathways.
• Created and implemented institutional policies for online instruction, student assessment, academic integrity, attendance monitoring, and learning support services.
• Trained and supervised faculty and staff in effective online teaching practices, Canvas course development, assessment design, and student engagement strategies.
• Led institutional accreditation initiatives, compliance documentation, academic quality assurance, and continuous improvement planning.
• Developed international student recruitment, admissions, orientation, and support systems serving students across multiple countries.
• Managed educational technology infrastructure including Canvas LMS, Zoom, student information systems, digital assessment platforms, online communication tools, and learning analytics systems.
• Oversaw transcript services, graduation requirements, academic records management, and college preparation programs.
• Directed the implementation of Advanced Placement (AP), SAT Preparation, and Dual Enrollment partnerships with accredited U.S. colleges and universities.
