I’m Nicholas Martin, a Behavior Intervention Specialist with nearly a decade of experience in education and a dual master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and Curriculum & Instruction. I specialize in supporting students with diverse behavioral needs, partnering with teachers and families to create inclusive, skill-building environments where every child can thrive.
Currently serving in two elementary schools in Phoenix, AZ, I blend evidence-based strategies with compassion, creativity, and collaboration. Whether I’m conducting FBAs, leading MTSS teams, or coaching teachers, my goal is always the same: meaningful growth—for students and the adults who support them.
Outside of school, I’m passionate about yoga, theatre, and building affirming communities. I’m actively pursuing my BCBA certification and looking to expand my impact in clinical or consultative settings.

I am a Behavior Intervention Specialist with over 8 years of experience in education, specializing in the integration of ABA services within public school settings. I lead interdisciplinary teams to provide behavior interventions for students, applying my expertise in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and evidence-based strategies like the TEACCH model and ABLLS-R. I work closely with teachers, OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to ensure cohesive support for students and advocate for students’ access to external services such as DDD and ABA providers.
I bring creativity, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to every aspect of my work, fostering positive relationships with staff, students, and families.
