- Oversee and write scope of work for RFP and EPC contracts for substations.
- Work in conjunction with engineers, environmental and permitting personnel within company.
- Maintained all QA/QC requirements throughout the duration of the projects.

Project Manager. Hired into this role to recover a failing project consisting of a new, 440 luxury apartment complexes, with numerous amenities and courtyards, in Yonkers, NY. Project at time of hire was 3 months behind schedule and at a - 14% gain/loss projection. Successfully salvaged project and completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule achieving a $1.2 million profit.
- Managed all aspects of electrical and fire alarm contract work from site daily to maximize goal achievability.
- Oversight of switchgear installation and settings.
- Oversaw all QA/QC requirements for Electrical, Fire Alarm and CCTV in accordance with all state, city and Osha regulations.
- Scheduled daily task orders and staff (in-house & sub-contractor) to perform all work under contract.

Connecticut Water Company Middletown, CT 10/2022-3/2023 (Contract Hire)
Contract Project Manager. Hired into this role to oversee the Lead and Copper Removal and Replacement Program (LCRR) mandated by the federal government to replace all lead water supply lines, throughout the state, for CWC’s footprint. Oversee the LCRR Pilot Program for the company. Oversee the AMI/AMR meter reading case study.
- Managed all three projects simultaneously while working with various departments within the company.
- Worked in conjunction with external consultants specialized in the replacement program and meter reading output.
- Established business plan and model for outreach in conjunction with communications director and staff.
- Worked in conjunction with water scientists in preparing water testing sites for lead testing.
- Worked with GIS department to create mapping of areas with high and low probabilities of lead piping.

Hired into this role to oversee all aspects of construction to completely renovate the Lyman and Hooker Wings at Gaylord Hospital, oversee multiple projects for Backus Hospitals (Hartford Health Care and Goodwin University campus housing as well, as, numerous other projects in the healthcare industry.
- Managed numerous projects for Gaylord, HHC, Goodwin University and others simultaneously.
- Procured all labor (sub-contractors) and materials, including hospital special requirement items.
- Worked directly with architects and engineers to ensure design was achieved and / or altered to suit facility’s needs.
- Worked directly with all sub-contractor PMs to schedule and maintain schedule throughout the project utilizing the Lean Construction Scheduling program.

Senior Project Manager. Hired into a newly created position to turn around underperforming project management operations, establish standardized processes, and assist in executing strategies to grow the business 400%.
- Made numerous recommendations on strategies for improving estimating, procurement, and scheduling and QA/QC functions.
- Optimized project efficiency by managing up to four projects simultaneously and using Procore Construction project management software.
- Completed a $3.4 million renovation to the National Guard local armory in Enfield, CT.
- Managed the $3 million project for building 26 airplane hangars at the Meridian Markham Airport.

Director of Construction Management. Recruited into this leadership position to manage and oversee all city projects from conception to completion including creating RFQ/RFPs, procuring contractors, initiating contracts/POs for work, and working collaboratively with other departments (Building, Planning & Zoning, Engineering, and others). Managed and provided leadership direction for a team of 4 Project Management Assistants.
- Managed up to 20 concurrent projects ranging from $25,000 to $100 million with 100+ personnel on largest projects that included construction of schools, libraries, municipalities, standard repairs, and renovations throughout the city.
- Successfully completed more than $1 billion of projects between 2017 and 2020.
• Significantly improved construction management operations by bringing many of the functions in-house from an outside contractor resulting in significant cost savings and more timely completion of projects.
- Recognized by Superintendent of Schools and City Council of Bridgeport for taking over and completing projects that were well over budget including Harding High School ($100 million project) and Central High School ($100 million project), achieving nearly $2.25 million in combined savings for both projects.
