I am currently an Information Technology Technical Analyst at The School District of Palm Beach County. With my time here, I was responsible for ensuring the utmost security and confidentiality of the school district's data, teachers, students, and staff within the data center. My accomplishments in this role include implementing and maintaining high standards of security protocols.
Furthermore, I conducted regular inspections, maintenance, and preventive measures on servers and network devices in the data center. These efforts were essential to ensure uninterrupted operational performance while identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities proactively. By collaborating closely with software and network engineering teams, I actively engaged in knowledge sharing and regular meetings to enhance cybersecurity protocols and practices.
Another facet of my role was to provide IT support to district staff, promptly addressing their queries, and closely monitoring all district school routers for smooth operation. My dedication to delivering exceptional problem-solving skills enabled me to contribute effectively to the overall efficiency of the school district's IT infrastructure.
