I am a passionate and hands-on-oriented engineer who isn't afraid to go down the rabbit hole of quality and manufacturing issues and find solutions. Maintaining a high product and service standard is essential and I strive to ensure the company I work for stays competitive in the business world.

• Represented the SSM quality department which included quality system introductions, and manufacturing capability presentations; assisted in securing clients and extending contracts.
• Project Manager for a client; responsible for resource and personnel planning, inventory management, and scheduling all while adhering to our company's limitations and client requests.
• Headed the transition of prototype manufacturing to small lots (50 unit lots at request) and eventually large-scale manufacturing (>100 unit lots monthly).
• Reduced device reject rates across many products; most notably a reduction of 8% reject rate to <0.5% reject rate over the course of a medical device’s manufacturing life cycle.
• Identified quality issues, led non-conformance investigations, and developed corrective/preventative actions. This included simplifying manufacturing processes(clarifications, variable reductions) and improvements (components, equipment) without sacrificing product quality.
• Identified and proved a pattern between qualitative and quantitative aspects of a manufactured component thus solving an issue a client was experiencing with a supplier. 
• Contacted suppliers on behalf of our clients regarding quality issues and cooperated on solutions. This required having knowledge of injection molding, chip manufacturing, and metalworking techniques (etching, laser, CNC).
