• Managed 24 branches, establishing and developing business partnerships with employers, associations and government agencies.
• Drove focus groups to increase brand awareness and understand member utility, improving product offers and membership retainment. In my past experience, I have learned that it is imperative to have an understanding of the win-loss analysis of products and services to be able to best serve my clients.
• Headed and created bi-monthly skill building workshops for internal staff. After visiting multiple branches, my discovery led to a determination that while our tellers and bankers were proficient in operations, they lacked soft skills that enabled them to create meaningful and distinct relationships with both their colleagues and members.
