Im a hands on mechanic who’s got a solid handle on diesel engine basics, understanding how they use compression ignition and fuel injection to generate power. I'm familiar with their high torque output and fuel efficiency, I'm eager to expand this knowledge further, particularly in the context of industrial maintenance, where I can apply my skills to keep equipment running smoothly and efficiently. I know my way around a multimeter and i’m very very interested in growing with the company.
I’ve got a mix of experience under my belt from different jobs. As a small engine repair mechanic, I got pretty good at figuring out what was wrong and fixing stuff. Working as a tool repair technician at Hilti North America, I learned how to keep specialized tools in top shape. Plus, my time as a packer and machine operator at Saputo Cheese showed me the ropes of how things run in a manufacturing plant.
I just wrapped up my intro to industrial maintenance certification. Basically, I now know the basics of keeping machines and equipment in good shape at a factory or plant. I picked up some skills in how to keep things running, figure out what's broken, and do some simple fixes.
