I am a 24-year-old graduate student currently pursuing a master’s degree at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. I am from South Africa and started my American journey in the Fall of 2019. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
During my undergraduate years, I also had the privilege of studying on a Tennis Scholarship, which allowed me to develop skills in endurance, tenacity, discipline, teamwork, and time management, all of which I believe are transferable to the professional world. Currently, I work as the Graduate Assistant tennis coach at Ball State University, which not only fulfils my passion for the sport but also provides me with additional income to support my education expenses. This role has taught me the importance of leadership, effective communication, and adaptability, as I work closely with a diverse group of athletes.
