Key achievements include successfully implementing and completing the transition to a new HRIS system, resulting in improved efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance; streamlining HR processes and policies to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws; and developing comprehensive workforce planning and sourcing strategies that attract and retain diverse, high‑quality talent while reducing turnover and strengthening associate retention. I have also leveraged my education, certifications, and expertise in human resources and diversity and inclusion to foster a positive, respectful workplace and to expand learning and development opportunities for associates at all levels. My experience spans multiple industries, including personal care product manufacturing, construction, real estate, and property management. I hold certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), and Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP), and I recently earned the Certificate of Women in Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
