I am a strategic and hands-on operations leader with over 15 years of experience driving efficiency, accountability, and growth across construction, production, and administrative environments. I currently oversee operations for a multi-million-dollar division, managing subcontractor performance, production scheduling, multi-market permitting, payroll and AR resolution, and quality control processes. I specialize in optimizing workflows, implementing CRM and financial systems, training cross-functional teams, and improving operational standards to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

I am known for strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, and I excel at building structured processes, developing teams, and ensuring operational excellence in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Before I took a break, I was pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Rowan College of South Jersey, continuing to build on my academic foundation and professional experience. I previously earned an Associate Degree in Billing and Coding from LA College International, where I developed strong knowledge of medical terminology, compliance standards, and administrative processes. My education reflects my commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and expanding my horizons.
