I am a LCSW, LCADC, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified School Social Worker, and Clinical Supervisor licensed in NJ, PA, and DE. With more than 15 years of experience, I bring extensive clinical knowledge, compassionate leadership, and a grounded, collaborative approach to my work with individuals, families, and developing clinicians.

As the Clinical Director, I am committed to promoting quality, ethical, and growth-oriented clinical care. As a Clinical Supervisor, I am excited about supporting clinicians in building confidence, strengthening clinical skills, navigating complex cases, and developing their own authentic therapeutic voice. I see supervision as a space for learning, reflection, accountability, and professional growth.

I specialize in working with trauma, substance use disorders, chronic mental health concerns, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and relationship challenges. My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. I am known for my direct yet supportive style, blending evidence-based practices with authenticity, warmth, and practical guidance to help both clients and clinicians grow through connection and insight.
