DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Perform analysis of cleaner strengths on soaps and sanitizers used in the sanitation process
- Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks as required by our policies and procedures
- Perform all required observations and training timely and as scheduled
- Be willing and able to cross-train on all sanitation responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate all CIP processes for tanks, lines, fillers, and other production equipment.
- Ensure cleaning procedures follow established SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate CIP parameters (flow, time, temperature, chemical concentration).
- Troubleshoot issues related to CIP system performance, including valve sequencing, pump function, and chemical dosing.
- Conduct regular inspections and verification of cleaned systems to ensure sanitation effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all CIP activities, including cleaning logs, deviation reports, and chemical usage.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and support audits or inspections.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sanitation efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize chemical usage
- Other duties as may be assigned.
