My name is Nizhe Posey, and I have plenty of hands on experience in package handling, Guest services, Retail, and Warehouse work. I also specialize in cocktails as well. Ive been in the customer service industry for 5 years and counting and the best part about working is knowing i'm making a difference for all guests who needs service. Whether its packaging items, serving food, or checking out guests.

Through my roles at Target, The Children’s Place, Kickback Jack’s, Uno’s Pizzeria & Grill, and Smiles Private Events, I’ve developed strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. I take pride in creating positive customer experiences, building relationships, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. I’m confident handling POS systems, training new hires, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

I graduated from Glen Allen High School and earned my Professional Bartending School License as a certified mixologist. I also hold a CPR certification, showing my commitment to safety and professionalism in any work environment. These achievements reflect my dedication to continuous learning and building practical skills that support my work in customer service and hospitality.
