Been in the nursing field help me a lot to be a better scrum master daily. As you monitor your patient's health, so is the-same concept when working on a project for a company, I also focus on team building through empathy. Why, because most of your developers are introverted and i as a scrum master needs to let them know that i sympathize with them and i will help them grow. i have been on the back-end of development projects, worked on Single Sign On Project and permission/Access granting, Cost Optimization when storing data in the cloud.

I've worked with offshore teams, onshore teams while managing meetings and aligning project goals in different time zones. 9 years in this field has made me learn a lot. You cannot grow while being in your comfort zone or rejecting your losses

• Project involved child online protection while signed on, Single Sign On, banning capabilities, Account verification every 90 days, API matching with different platforms, players getting parental consent if they were below the age group and update censoring list of bad words. 
• Conduct Scrum Ceremonies (Backlog Grooming Sprint Planning Daily Stand Up, Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective
