University. Immunochemist with expertise in immunotherapy approaches relevant to the use of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), cancer vaccines, adoptive cancer therapy, and the immune checkpoint blockade therapy.
Experience with cell culture and mouse models, including establishing tumor models, administering drugs, collecting blood samples, and dissecting mice to harvest tumors and organs for drug uptake analysis.
Experience leading the development and fulfillment of immunoassay development projects to evaluate the biological behavior and targeting of radiolabeled anti-SAS1B mAb (SB2/SB5) in uterine cancer xenografts expressing the SAS1B protein, as evidenced by 5 successfully executed projects. Responsible for the scientific and regulatory conduct of immunoassay method development, validation, and troubleshooting in support of pharmacokinetic, toxicokinetic, immunogenicity, and pharmacodynamic studies involving novel therapeutics as demonstrated by 18 optimizations done for conjugation and labeling. In-depth understanding and deep knowledge of ligand binding assay method development and validation using multiple platforms including ELISA, LC-MS, HPLC, TLC, Western blot, PCR, ELISA and UV/VIS spectrophotometer to evaluate the conjugation of the antibodies with the chelates as evidenced by 20+ assays developed.
Experience leading projects and priorities related to the enzyme activity assays and quantification of biologics in various tissues, to achieve a PhD in Chemical Biology with expertise in Image-Guided Radioimmuno-Therapy of cancer. Ability to independently optimize analytical methods and review data for technical quality and compliance to protocols, methods, and SOPs while authoring 10 technical documents ensuring compliance to regulatory guidelines.
