Although my current professional background is in education, much of my experience has involved working with data, organization, reporting, and problem-solving. Through both my academic and professional experience, I’ve developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret information in a meaningful and organized way.

I’m pursuing this Data Analyst opportunity because I’m eager to continue building my skills in a field I genuinely enjoy and see long-term growth in. I’m someone who is highly motivated to learn, takes initiative, and puts full effort into everything I do. I’m excited for the opportunity to grow within the role, learn everything I can from the team, and contribute through strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and a dependable work ethic.

• School Psychologist - Analyze multi-source behavioral datasets using interviews, observations, and standardized assessments to identify performance and well-being. Evaluate school climate survey results to detect systemic concerns and create an intervention. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams.
• Independent Research - Designed and executed a full-cycle research study including survey design, IRB approval, recruitment, statistical analysis, report writing. Research received the University award for best thesis. Presented findings at the Monmouth University research conference and Eastern Psychological Association Conference.
• Peer Assisted Learning Leader - Selected to mentor students for the Research Methods class focusing on survey creation and data analysis.
