Maintenance Manual and other reference books from FAA requires for each aircraft assigned to work, which covers the Airframe, engine, propeller, fuel systems and hydraulic systems.

I worked under a repair station FAR 145, with fuel pumps 60-755100 and 60-989100 performing dielectric that the stator pass or fail.
- Checking some external defect in the housing like gouge, dent, crack, bent, in the pump before proceed to the teardown, following the CMM.
- Check all the internal parts of the pump to find any defect like wear shaft, score, cavitation, scratch in the adapter, prime impeller, discharge and inlet plates.
- Replace all the damaged parts and build pumps according to the CMM.
- Make estimates depending upon the defect of the pump.
- Repair, overhaul, or modify if is required for the client according their CMM.
- Work in the fluid and hydrolock with seat actuator and do the same process to replace parts repair and overhaul according the CMM.
Mechanic I - C-Check - AMERIFLIGHT LLC - Burbank CA

I worked under a license of the company in the repair station FAR145, performing an extensive check minor and major repair on the EMB 120 AMM.
- Visual inspection around interior and exterior of the plane prior to hands on and write a Maintenance non routine.
- Removed and disassembled defective parts.
- Operated a Scissor lift to inspect the high areas.
- Inspected and replaced all parts that were in bad condition, worn, cracked, dented, life span limit, damaged. That included areas of engines, propellers, flaps, rudder, elevator, main cabin, cockpit, windshield, APU, landing gears, air conditions systems, and valves.
- Troubleshooting and installation of replacement parts.
- Find parts in DASH (software program).
- Write a corrective action and report to the inspector.
