With over 4 years of experience in managing appointments and delivering exceptional customer service, I have developed strong skills in appointment coordination and effective communication. As a manager in the fitness industry, I successfully designed and implemented wellness programs encompassing health coaching, nutrition education, and fitness components. Furthermore, I am proficient in creating engaging marketing campaigns, including designing infographics and producing digital content.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa. In April of 2023, I obtained my certification as a Health Education Specialist. Additionally, in July 2023, I will be taking the NBHWC exam to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
