I currently work as an Associate Professor of Nursing, where I teach nursing students and also supervise students in clinical settings.
My clinical background has strengthened my ability to perform comprehensive assessments, recognize changes in patient condition, prioritize care, administer medications and treatments, respond to emergencies, document accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Completing my PhD while continuing to develop my nursing and academic career required persistence, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
