• Execute all conductor responsibilities throughout five New York City boroughs, developing a collaborative working environment, fundamental to the success of operations
• Execute proper operation of train doors and utilize an intensive checking system to ensure rider safety
• Utilize an instrumental knowledge of destination stops, route signs and signals
• Provide passenger information via the public address system
• Assist passengers with various inquiries, requests and complaints
• Respond to emergency situations and contact command center as deemed necessary

• Ensure compliance of all rules, regulations and guidelines as per the NYCTA
