• Led enterprise finance sustainability, business-continuity, and recovery strategies through the COVID-19 pandemic, protecting business continuity for the Group's key assets, including The World-Famous Dunns River Falls and Park (managed by St. Ann Development Company Limited) and Runaway Bay Water Company.
• Directed funding and delivery of the J$1.3 billion Harmony Beach Park, opened May 2021.
• Structured US$3.2 million in GOJ-issued corporate debt, strengthening the Corporation's liquidity position.

• Co-designed strategic energy-generation options, including the successful South Jamaica Power 360MW power-generation proposal submitted in response to the national regulator's RFP.
