Recent PhD gradaute in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University with a focus in applying machine learning to biological applicatoins. Lots of experience with computer vision including transformers and CNNs.
I worked as a reserach assoicate at Sigilon Therapeutics (2017-2019) where I encapsulated engineered cells in a novel biomaterial. Then, went to Boston University to get my PhD where I was a graduate researcher from 2019 to 2024.
