I am a psychometrician and data analyst with over six years of experience in research, educational assessment, and large-scale data analysis. I have worked on federally funded research projects at the University at Albany (SUNY), including the IES-funded DAACS project, where I led psychometric analyses using R, SPSS, and Mplus. I applied IRT models, DIF detection, and regression methods to improve diagnostic assessments of math, reading, and academic writing skills and self-regulated learning survey.
I also worked at the NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities as a data analyst, conducting multiple imputation, regression modeling, and creating Tableau dashboards. I have coauthored peer-reviewed publications, taught undergraduate courses in research methods, and presented at APA, AERA, and NCME.
I am completing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Methodology at the University at Albany, SUNY (expected August 2025).
