P. C. Ludlow

I excel in research, drafting and organization for simple to very complex cases. As stated in my headline, in legal matters, I have 25 years, or better, of experience. I have also been an executive assistant to a financial advisor and tax preparer for over 12 years.

I am creative and my goal is to make your office a place you wish to be. I am passionate about the law. I am curious about issues. I have also done my part to give back to the field I love by being a voluntary mediator on an appellate court of the State of California.

It was an honor to have been chosen by the justices to aid them in bringing parties and persons to reasonable settlements.

I have over 25 years of experience in various areas of the law. I have litigated child custody cases, done DVRO matters, probated wills, and have taken charge of complex cases in probate and personal injury. My job is to understand why and how the attorney wants a case handled, then to do necessary research, plan the manner in which to proceed on the case, and meet and confer with the attorney on a regular – daily if needed – to keep him or her advised of what is happening in the matter.

I am the representative of that attorney and the attorney's firm. I keep that in mind in all I do and my job is reflect upon the office where I work in a very positive manner.

Juris doctorate with honors, undergraduate degree in political science and history with honors from the University of California. As to family law matters, especially regarding child custody, I held a full life time teaching credential with full 5th year post graduate study for both elementary and secondary education. I was also qualified to teach alternative education for secondary students on individual learning programs which I created.
