My name is Patrick and I am 21 years old. I would describe myself as a hardworking and dedicated individual committed to providing exceptional customer service and increasing customer satisfaction. Fast learner with a positive attitude, able to work well in teams or independently.
I have exceptional communication skills which i gained from my roles as a porter and bartender as I had to interact with a wide range of customers of all backgrounds. With this, I had ensure different needs were met such as cultural and disability needs. Organisation is also a key skill I possess wh ich my role as a porter helped me improve drastically as I had to constantly ensure tables were kept clean whilst doing it efficiently managing my time well.
As for hobbies, I primarily enjoy cycling as I find it keeps on the move and allows me to stay fit and healthy and distract If I am free. In addition to this, I also enjoy participating in team basketball at my local youth centre which takes place every Saturday where we have a big tournament. Lastly, I also enjoy producing sounds on my laptop as a music producer; I find that this helps unlock my creative mind as I constantly have to come up with new sounds to adhere to the artists taste.
With this, In the workplace i would then find it easier to come up with creative solutions to solve problems more efficiently.
Managing inventory, ensuring accurate counts and efficient stock organisation. Operating pallet jacks to move and organise products within the warehouse. Assisting with loading and unloading shipments, maintaining a fast pace to meet tight deadlines and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.

Worked as a porter providing outstanding customer service through porter roles involving moving equipment from stages and onto them as well ensuring customer tables were kept clean and set up properly for events. While doing so, I ensured I adhered to the health and safety regulations.
