I've been in a Customer Service position since 1976. My passion is helping people.

I love to type and talk on the phone. I can work with two computer monitors and toggle with at least eight different apps.

I worked for Dish Network as a Customer Service Account Specialist for almost three years.

I worked in their call center as well as from home.

I've also worked at Bailey Medical Center in their Admissions Department.

I received my HS Diploma from OLIVE High School in Drumright Oklahoma.

I also received a certificate in Computerized Office Technology in 1989, from Central Vo-Tech in Drumright Oklahoma.
