I did a lot for the company. I was crossed trained throughout production and helped train and direct new people especially when we had big orders or just a lot going on; used kind of as a swiss army knife able to help pick up any slack /shortcomings other places in production. I was the fastest worker being able to kick out quality product at a minimum of 2x more per hour and was frequently credited for it.
Being very detail oriented I was able to catch the occasional misprints in identification numbers saving the company a lot of time and money. I was constantly finding/ thinking of new ways to help things move more efficiently and save money. Several of my ideas having been implemented my biggest helping save company from $7000+ yearly waste.
