At the present time I work in IT environment I schedule patches to servers I process documentation, IQA information, I speak with customers in regards to their account accounts, resolve any issues pertaining to application access.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been working in an IT environment, my skill set ranges from assistance with technical documentation, resolving technical issues, and scheduling patches to servers.

I have a degree in technical management. I also have a security plus certificate.
