I have over 27 years of experience working in healthcare. I have exeperience with chiropractic medicine, strength and conditioning, and both inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehabilitation.
I have earned both BS and MS degrees in Kinesiology with a focus in Applied Exercise Physiology. I am also a certified Health Coach and Medical Exercise Specialist.
