Nurturing, patient, humble, positive, honest person. I enjoy assisting my team of caregivers with any questions or concerns they have. Have always had a good working relationship with coworkers in any job I've had. I am easy to get along with. I pride myself on assisting others to work through their concerns and even their mistakes.

I have been in the medical field for well over 16 years. I started out as a chiropractic technician and worked for several docs doing that. Eventually I went back to school to get my nursing education.

But prior to that I enjoyed helping patients understand their treatment, what we were doing and why, how it would benefit them. I always got along with my coworkers. As a nursing supervisor I have experience with meds, labs, insulin monitoring and providing education and guidance to resident/s, assisting aids and DOHS daily.

I have good communication and computer skills. I really enjoy documentation. Detailed documentation.
