Customer Service / Data Entry at Walmart Vision Center Center (2045-09 – 2025-05)
Responsibilities were mainly customer service regarding repairs to glasses, ordering contacts or glasses. Helping patients when seen for vision tests, pre tests and updating to a new prescription for their eyeware. Data entry of all pertinent information into the patients file.
Pulled the patient's insurance coverage, answered all questions patients had regarding the process or changes they wanted to make. Other responsibilities were daily maintenance, reorganizing the glasses displays by section and numerical order. Answering phone calls, questions over the phone, setting up vision test appointments.
Received shipments of glasses orcontacts or supplies. Filled patients orders when their orders came in. Fitted and adjusted their new glasses for them. Operated the cash drawer, opened and closed the area for the day.
Opened up, set up or turned on all machines needed when business opened.

Responsibilities were Executive Assistant. Report to the president, scheduled all meetings, set appointments with upcoming top executives of different divisions. Took minutes of each meeting held.
