Passionate about learning and growing in the company. UPS offers many opportunities to learn and grow - from web base training to hands on classes and conventions. For the last 12 months I have been implementing the training to grow the business to a higher potential.

Dedicated hard worker making my goals happen. I have a history of long-term commitments to the job I have chosen, currently on 15th year within the UPS franchise. Within the years I have had to adapt to new policies and procedures on a regular.

I have moved to different stores and expanded my knowledge and experiences. Proven records of increased revenue at each location. Have increased my customer relations with more problem solving and solutions available.

Knowing the resources at hand continuing to grow and excel.

Web based training has been my most recent training. Utilizing training from my past experiences from medical and disaster relief has taught me better organization skills, communication skills, and prioritization, as well as using my resources to complete tasks timelier and efficiently.
