As a current Co-Branch Manager and a former Army Officer, Head Chef, and State of Texas Intergovernmental Relations Team Member I have had a wide range of high stress jobs. The difficulty of these jobs has enabled me to develop skills such as problem solving under extreme stress, team building, and the ability to adapt to almost any scenario or team.
I have 15+ years in managerial roles while serving in the US Army, as a co-branch manager, and professional chef. I have worked with entry/middle/senior level corporate leadership, enlisted/commissioned military personnel, and clients looking for either a special culinary occasion or being marketed an event.
