Developed a DMA-driven I²C driver on STM32 (STM32CubeIDE) to acquire real-time voltage/current data from TI INA230 sensors, cutting CPU overhead by ~40 %. Diagnosed and resolved firmware and hardware/mechanical faults on industrial PCBs on a conveyor system, including sensor calibration and signal-integrity testing with oscilloscopes and multimeters. Performed system bring-up, JTAG/SWD-based firmware flashing and step-through debugging, power-on sequencing, and board-level verification on new conveyor PCBs; documented all test procedures and service reports.
