Technical Recruiter & Admin at Mansai Corporation (2010-05 – 2012-02)

As a technical recruiter in an agency environment I oversaw activities involved in candidate acquisitions. These duties included sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting appropriate candidates for placement with our established clients. Duties besides sourcing local candidates, included coordinating with an offshore-based recruitment team to place qualified candidates on local projects.

Such recruitment involved interacting with clients for the successful completion of their IT projects. My job activities were to interview, qualify, and recruit candidates for our clients in consultation with the recruiting manager. Sometimes my duties involved operations management, IT business development, as well as, maintaining real-time updates on available positions, and tracking applicant status changes.

I created applicant sources through novel research, and independently located and contacted business partnerships. My prior professional experience was drawn upon.
