Coordinate staffing activities to support aerospace production and workforce requirements.

• Manage candidates through the pre-employment and hiring process using Cornerstone.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screenings.
• Process onboarding activities after candidates successfully complete pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and distribute new-hire notifications and coordinate employee start requirements.
• Set up newly hired employees in Cornerstone LMS and assign required training based on position and job responsibilities.
