• Managed iptables firewall rules and SSH access controls across managed servers; maintained JumpServer as the single access gateway for all datacenter operations; adjusted access policies as needed based on what each service required.
• Configured Azure AD OAuth2 SSO for Grafana, Jira, and other internal systems — integrating M365 account authentication across platforms and enforcing MFA organization-wide, replacing per-system local credentials.
• Managed the full employee account lifecycle — M365 provisioning, multi-platform permission configuration, and allowlist setup on onboarding; account suspension and access revocation on offboarding; maintained access controls aligned with data privacy requirements.
• Handled internal and client-facing technical escalations via Jira across global sites, triaging by impact scope and coordinating resolution across teams.
