- Carrying out field inspections for the renovation of the basements and crawlspaces of the Fairfax 6 Condominiums in Washington, DC. Role included observing the new installation of vapor barriers, perimeter trench drains systems, and repairs to the structural wood floor joists.
- Carrying out field inspections for the renovation of exterior balconies at the Leesburg Gateway Condominiums in Leesburg, VA. Role included observing the new installation of exterior weather barrier membrane & metal flashing and structural wood joists, beams, columns and decking.

Role included observing the demolition of the existing roof, installation of roof anchors, repairs of roof joists as necessary and installation of new roof boards, insulation and a Carlisle TPO roof membrane system.
- Carrying out weekly inspections for the fabrication shop welding of new staircase stringers and risers for the renovation of condominium units at Stonegate at Faircrest in Leesburg, VA.
