Rachael McDaniel

I have over twenty five years leading schools, inspiring and coaching leaders and transforming institutions.

I have led schools as a principal for many years and worked for state departments. In this work I have built teams, gained trust and identified root causes and priorities and then solutions to transform these schools and districts.

I have a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership, two masters degrees in Special Education and School Administration and a bachelor's degree rehabilitation. I also have taught adjunct and attended continuing education course at top ranked institutions.
