I am a gregarious and creative individual with a passion for self-expression. I empower clients by collaborating to build identities that focus on strengths and resilience. In my work with children and youth, I recognize their personhood and offer experiences of autonomy that allow them to flourish. I have a strong interest in social justice, and I view therapy as a revolution of the self for the benefit of the world.
Practicum Student at The Wisdom Institute (2025-04 – Present)
In this role, I practice therapy under the supervision of Dr. Leona Kashersky. My case load focuses on working with neurodiverse children and youth. I helped lead group therapy for young girls on the spectrum, and I personally developed group curriculum for teens coping with social anxiety. I have also gained experience working with individual clients.
Yoga Facilitator at The Summer Moon (2021-05 – Present)
My work here draws on over ten years of experience teaching yoga to clients of all ages and levels of knowledge. Trainings in children's yoga and trauma-informed yoga allow me to specialize in these areas and assist me in developing unique classes that support integrating emotions into the body. I created and led a young women's circle, family rituals, and other events.
Preschool Educator at A Child's Garden (2016 – 2021)
This Waldorf preschool supported children's healthy development through storytelling, play, and artistic expression. Modeling appropriate behavior for children and fostering a loving and accepting environment created a foundation for social growth. I assisted in guiding children in practical activities such as cooking and gardening, educated them about the natural world, and guided them in daily somatic and breath practices to regulate the nervous system.
