Rachel Davis

Hi! My name is Rachel Davis, I am 24 years old and a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University majoring in Media Studies and Journalism. I have over 5 years combined experience in customer service, retail, and administrative work.

I am originally from Westchester, New York, however I moved to Nashville, Tennessee with my family a few years ago and am looking to move to NYC full time. My special skills include client relations, social media / content creation, marketing, branding, and project management.

I have over 5 years combined experience in customer service, retail, and administrative work. My latest and most relevant work experience being my role as Assistant Manager at Sunglass Hut in Nashville, TN for a year in a half where I assisted with all managerial tasks including (but not limited to):

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Creating weekly employee work schedules
• Daily inventory counts, restock, and destock
• Attending team meetings
• Setting up signage
• Planning and executing visual floor changes in partnership with upper management
• Providing information about eyewear
• Opening and closing the store
• Working as a cashier

I am a recent May 2023 graduate from The Pennsylvania State Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications majoring in Media Studies and Journalism.
