I'm passionate about helping others with their mental health using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and polyvagal theory.

I've been working as an outpatient therapist at Carolina Outreach in Durham, NC for one year.

I've received my Masters in Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill and my Bachelors in Social Work from UNC-Wilmington.
