I love math and physics, and I love teaching. I like to adjust my teaching to how the student learns. By adjusting, I help student learning be efficient so that they are not spending more time than they need to.
Students find that I am a clear, thoughtful, kind, patient, and encouraging teacher. I have studied the science of learning a lot and I incorporate evidence-based practices (breaking down material into manageable chunks, building on prior knowledge, providing enough repetition, spacing out the repetition, etc.) in my teaching.
