I’m a dedicated leader with over six years of hands-on experience in hotel operations for hotel properties ranging from 40 to 120 rooms, I am a shining star in the guest services department. I have built a strong foundation working in various customer service and front desk roles, developing a keen eye for detail and a reputation for handling challenges with empathy and professionalism. I take pride in mentoring my team, improving processes, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
I’m looking to step into a upper management roles where I can combine my operational know-how and passion for genuine hospitality to drive team success and elevate the guest experience.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Grand Canyon University, with expected graduation in 2029. In addition, I earned a Hospitality Leadership Certificate from Cornell University’s eCornell programs in March 2025, enhancing my skills in leadership, team development, change management, and operational excellence within the hospitality industry.
