I was responsible for resolving both financial and non-financial requests, ensuring exceptional customer support and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, I played a crucial role in facilitating communication between brokers and the Sales team to address inquiries and provide solutions.
In my position as a Revenue Consultant at Cerner Corporation, I provided valuable recommendations to the Claims Department, resulting in improved revenue cycle metrics for healthcare clients. I actively assisted with back-office workflows, implementing successful design concepts to deliver reporting metric recommendations to clients. Furthermore, I worked closely with clients to educate them on service line workflows and ensure the successful execution of designed systems.
