Independently supporting students in achieving their supreme comfort. Guiding students into a deep meditative state for 40-45 minutes, with the goal to promote peace, gratitude and self-love through openness & vulnerability. I guide students by stimulating their sense speaking with authenticity, spreading calm energy, and performing pose demonstrations. While also providing basic breath techniques such as bumblebee, oceans, three part and cooling breathe.
