11+ years of experience in Kronos/UKG Workforce Management, delivering implementation, configuration, Integrations, and support services. Hands-on experience with configurations including Pay rule, Accruals, Hyper Finds, Access Profiles, Display Preferences, Reports, and Employment Terms. Hands-on experience in WFC to UKG Pro WFM migration, UKG Pro WFM New implementation and Dell Boomi integration development (Person Import, Accruals, Payroll Export).
Expert in migrating WIM interfaces to Dell Boomi. Skilled in Dell Boomi, SuccessFactors & HCM integrations, and data transformations (XML, JSON, Flat files). Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Dell Boomi AtomSphere integration solutions.

Expertise in Dell Boomi integration development, including building and modifying interfaces such as Person Import, Accrual Import, and Timecard Export.
Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with SuccessFactors and third-party payroll systems using Dell Boomi, ensuring accurate data synchronization. Proven ability to handle change requests, production support, and global stakeholder coordination across US, UK, and Middle East regions.
